After years of chronic back pain from having 3 kids one after another, Winona Holl decided to try Pilates. Nothing else had worked to relieve her back pain. Her initial reaction to her first class was one of major resistance. An inner voice prodded her to give Pilates one more shot. By the second class, she was hooked. She has been doing it ever since two times a week. She is pain free and feels lighter, taller and more aware of her own body.
